 Training Passes

1. What does the Trial Pass include?

The Trial Pass includes two trial classes to be used within two consecutive weeks. It can only be purchased once per customer and must be pre-booked. The official RMF Football Program Malaysia jersey kit is not required for trial sessions.

2. How do I convert a Trial Pass to a Term Pass?

You may convert a Trial Pass to a Term Pass. The Trial Pass fee will be refunded upon purchasing the Term Pass. However, the Term Pass must be purchased by the Sunday following the second trial session.

Note: To maximize the Trial Pass, schedule your trial classes in the second-to-last week of the month, so your Term Pass can start at the beginning of the following month.

3. What is a Term Pass?

A Term Pass allows players to attend training once a week for the duration of the term.  This is a mandatory pass for regular participation in the football program that also qualifies you to purchase the 10-session Pass.

4. What is a Term?

A Term is three months of a calendar year or season. One calendar year/season has four terms:

  • Term 1: January – March

  • Term 2: April – June

  • Term 3: July – September

  • Term 4: October – December

5. When is the best time to start a Term Pass?

It is advisable to start a Term Pass at the beginning of the term. For the 2024 season, that date is October 6th, 2024.

6. What is the 10-Session Pass?

  • The 10-Session Pass is an add-on to the mandatory Term Pass, allowing players to attend additional training sessions beyond their Preferred Training Day (PTD).

  • It can only be used with an active Term Pass.

  • It can be used to book Additional Training Days (ATDs), subject to availability.

  • ATDs must be pre-booked, and players should maintain a consistent schedule.

  • It is valid for six months unless stated otherwise.

  • Non-transferable and must be used by the same player.

7. What is a Preferred Training Day (PTD)?

Upon purchasing a Term Pass, players must select a day of the week for training throughout the term. For example, if you choose Mondays at 6:30 PM, you will attend Monday classes for the entire term unless there is a valid reason for change and such change is notified and approved by management, subject to availability.

8. What are Additional Training Days (ATDs)?

If you wish to train more than once a week, you can purchase the 10-Session Pass. Like the Term Pass, you will select the additional days for training, which will be fixed for the term duration. For example, if you choose Mondays as your PTD but decide to train more, you can use the 10-Session Pass to add Wednesdays and Fridays as your ATDs. Note: You must have an active Term Pass to purchase and use the 10-session Pass.
